The church’s facilities were provided through God’s benevolence and by the sacrificial generosity of church members and attendees. The church desires that its facilities be used for the fellowship of the Body of Christ and always to God’s glory. Although the facilities are not generally open to the public, we make our facilities available to approved non-members and groups as a witness to our faith, in the spirit of Christian charity, and as a means of demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ in practice.
The facilities will not be approved for us by persons or groups holding, advancing, or advocating beliefs (or practices) that are deemed by the church as inconsistent or contrary to the church’s faith or moral teaching.
This policy applies to the entire Moreland Christian Church campus. We consider these facilities and property to be holy and set apart to worship God.
The final and exclusive authority for any decision regarding whether any particular use would violate this policy shall rest exclusively with the Moreland Christian Church Board of Elders and Deacons, acting in accordance with the church’s governing documents.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
I Peter 4:10
